1. Back Part of Foot - passing and receiving –lift foot to stop hard or fast passes

2. Return to pass drill – Come back to receive the ball

3. Square Drills

· Diagonal Dribble and pass – 4 corner groups and 2 balls

· Same thing but around cones, Pass, run to next cone – look to receive the ball Goodbye

· 3 people in one square- pass to one, yell goodbye and go to open spot

4. Monkey in the Middle groups of 3

5. Drop Passing Drill 3 lines and 1 mid line

6. Circle the Wagons – 1 or 2 on the inside – first pass is free –

goal is to Pass around the circle while inside players try to

stop it.

7. Thread the needle - Pass ball between two cones(or

arches) run to the other side and stop it before the ball

stops rolling

8. Return to sender - Players in the grid are without the

ball; players on Outside each have a ball. Inside players

move around the grid freely,

They receive a ball from an outside player and return it as

quickly as They can.

9. Wedging – one player bounces ball to Player B who wedges ball

to control it.

10. 1 touch passing – 3 players, 2 passers, Middle player returns

add opening up and stopping with 1 foot and passing with

other

11. Outside of foot passing - 3 lines. Ball in outside line,

dribble, pass ball. Middle player scissors ball and outside

passes to line 3

12. Thread the legs-Pass to player B who lets ball go

through his legs to go forward
