1. Step over -With ball moving, step over ball gradually touching it, so ball is outside of step over foot, turn and take the ball with the other foot.

2. Figure 8’s/ scissors - Step over and around ball using fakes in the figure 8 fashion

3. Side to Side Push-Pull -- Tap ball back and forth with inside of feet, push ball forward with one foot and pull it back with the sole of the opposite foot

4. ½ Spin and switch - step over turn and pull the ball facing backward as you continue to turn forward a backward pull

5. High knee stepping reverse -High stepping pull the ball backwards, changing feet each time

6. Z toe touch forward – same as above but forward

7. Hop and pivot – approach the ball running, hop before the ball pivot, several times on one foot and change direction

8. Z Lunge - with big steps in a Z motion (at least 2) –take ball with the outside of the foot.

9. Z Drag swerve – approach the ball with a Z and drag it with the top of your foot along the inside step and then change direction and move it outside.

10. Z In betweens – pass ball with really short insteps 3 times and then scissors over the ball, turn around with a step over and change directions.

11. Z inside outside roll – z to the ball – use toe inside pull outside and go

12. side hop –top of ball and roll it going sideways ( Use arches)

13. Z side hop and stop - same as above but stop it in between Pull V – approach ball in a Z and using tow make a V with the first motion of the V forward, then back

14. Hunt Drill – players kick the ball speed after it, run it down, step just in front of it or to the side of it and scissors over the ball before dribbling off

15. Cryuff Turn – Approaching Ball leg feint and pop ball 180

degrees making a sharp turn – use heel or inside of foot

16. Outside foot turn – Dribble ball stop ball dead step over and return to other direction using outside of your foot.
