Youth soccer coaching and drills

Hullo i took very long to reply your message and i'm sorry for that. i was just wondering whether you can tell me anything else i can do to get started with coaching, unlike you who was already a player i played very little football many years back and now can only enjoy the game on tv. however i really think i can manage a team someday as long as i keep preparing myself for the task ahead.
here i uganda it is not very easy to get into the football system and gain expirience since the clubs are still amateur and have very high levels of corruption and very poor coaching skills. What do you think i should be doing to improve on my skills as a coach and what opportunities are out there for me to learn more coaching principles? i hope this discussion will be a good one. if you would like to write to me directly, you can use the address
